Kathy is Senior Consultant with Whole School Leadership, founded to help Montessori administrators around the world to guide healthy communities of children, families and school staff. Kathy has 40 years of experience as a school leader and was the Head of School at Aidan Montessori in Washington, DC for nearly 20 years. Kathy presents for NAMTA, AMI USA, Montessori Australia Foundation, AMS and AMI.

Peter Davidson

Main Speaker

Peter devoted his life to children and the Montessori movement, with 6 years in the classroom and 37 years in administration including 27 years as Head of School at Montessori School of Beaverton, Oregon. Peter consults, speaks on management topics and provides leadership seminars across USA and Canada and around the world, including Russia, Australia, GB, the Czech Republic, Israel and the Palestinian Territories.

Sue Pritzker

Sue has been the Head of School at Childpeace Montessori School in Portland, Oregon for 30 years and has been a teacher and administrator for over 40 years. Sue is also past President of the MAA (Montessori Administrators Association), presenter for NAMTA, AMI USA, Primary Consultant for AMI USA and founding member of the Montessori Leaders Collaborative.

Inga Sieminski

Montessori-Orff Music Activities Leader

Inga’s Montessori journey of 25 years has included a farm-based primary program, elementary classes with integrated Junior Great Books and Keepers of Alexandria Latin activities, and professional development and marketing as Director of Education. Her work as Arts Integration Coordinator for the Washington DC public school system reached into underserved communities in collaboration with The Kennedy Center and Washington National Opera. Inga’s international workshops are based on her lesson manual for Montessori teachers, Montessori and Orff’s Elemental Music: Pathways to Universal Musicianship. It includes multi-sensory aspects of Orff Music Therapy in support of learning diversity in the classroom.

Marikay McCabe

 Lead Montessori 2018 Open Space Follow Up Session

Marikay McCabe founded Madrid Montessori School in 2006 and was its Director until 2017. Since then she has been consulting in schools and offering seminars on small school management and bilingualism in Spain and Portugal. Since 2012 she has served on the Board of the Spanish Montessori Association and is currently its Vice President. She received her PhD in Anthropology from Columbia University and worked as a researcher for the World Health Organization studying the effects of culture in European health care systems.
